• What is the difference between Guest Access and Email Login?
    First of all, both are completely free.
    Guest Access omits user authentication, and the app operates on a temporary account. There is no difference between the two in functionality, but SFOX earned with Guest Access cannot be spent in any way, and SFOX and NU associated with your guest account cannot be transferred to other accounts.
    For your own interests, it is highly recommended to use this app with your registered (Email or third-party) account.
  • What if Email doesn’t receive the verification code?
    Generally, you will receive the verification code within 5 minutes. If you still haven't received it after retry, please make sure:
    (1) The Email address is filled correctly.
    (2) It is recommended to use common Email such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, msn.com, Hotmail.com, aol.com, ask.com, live.com, qq.com, 0355.net, 163.net, 263.net, 3721.net, yeah.net, googlemail.com, mail.com.
    (3) Refresh the network environment or try again later.
  • Why are some websites not accessible after connecting to a sharing node?
    Some websites of the sharing node are restricted by the country where the sharer is located. Since the sharing nodes themselves have limited access, they also affect users connected to these restricted nodes.
    You can solve this problem by connecting to a non-restricted node.
  • What is the meaning of the error code that appears when the shared node can’t be connected?
    Firstly, make sure your phone has network and NU>0.
    General error code is 101-105. If you can't connect successfully after repeated attempts or are repeatedly prompted with the same error code, please contact us.

  • When Auto connect is turned on in the app Settings, will it be automatically turned on again after closing manually?
    No, It won't.
    The priority of manual operation is higher. The settings is effective only if there is no manual operation.
